We walk not by sight but by faith. We see the things that are not as though they are. So even though things look like they will be tough, we will look above them and draw down solutions. We are still in the early part of the year. It is still unknown to us what the year has to offer. So we are

If I have taken the time to pray and understand it then I will not allow anything stand in my way, including myself. I need to be resilient and persevering to get to my promised land. So what do we need to do to become resilient people of faith? First, we must have assurance in our hearts that we are not alone.   The Word I Samuel 30: 1-6 1 NOW WHEN David and his men came home to Ziklag on the third day, they found that the Amalekites had made a raid on the South (the Negeb) and on Ziklag, and had struck Ziklag and burned it with fire, 2 And had taken the women and all who were there, both great and small, captive. They killed no one, but carried them off and went on their way. 3 So David and his men came to the town, and behold, it was burned, and their wives and sons and daughters were taken captive. 4 Then David and the men with him lifted up their voices and wept until they had no more strength to weep. 5 David’s two wives

The Word Matthew 24:4-14 The Message Bible What will be the sign of your coming, that the time’s up?” 4-8Jesus said, “Watch out for doomsday deceivers. Many leaders are going to show up with forged identities, claiming, ‘I am Christ, the Messiah.’ They will deceive a lot of people. When reports come in of wars and rumored wars, keep your head and don’t panic. This is routine history; this is no sign of the end. Nation will fight nation and ruler fight ruler, over and over. Famines and earthquakes will occur in various places. This is nothing compared to what is coming. 11-12“In the confusion, lying preachers will come forward and deceive a lot of people. For many others, the overwhelming spread of evil will do them in—nothing
